Everything was fine after the car arrived but leading up to the event in the week and on the day could be improved. A week before I could not get hold of them as I had one number and no answer. Then I got a call back he’d been on holiday and had 40 emails to come back to I asked for the drivers number for on the day but wasn’t given it. On the day he didn’t call as promised so I had to chase up to get him to call me. I’d specifically explained the address was hard to find and yet the driver was using only the postcode which would never have got him there. So poor communication between customer and company and poor communication between company and driver. Easy for them to be relaxed not so easy when it’s your big day.
