Arrived ahead of time so one less thing to worry about. Jim was friendly and helped my dad in and out of the car without making a fuss, he drive safely and was dressed well (however we would have totally been OK with less formal wear as it was boiling!!!!) Car itself was beautiful, just how we expected. We're having a bigger celebration next year so we will be rebooking. Thank you for looking after us.
