Betty, our London Taxi offers couples the benefit of a unique option, yet one which is very practical as a wedding car.
 
This former working Taxi has had a complete makeover, with a colour change to Old English White and with the rear cabin totally refurbished with luxurious burgundy leather seats, and a colour coordinated carpet too. These changes, together with some added chrome wheel trims and a chrome grill make her stand out in photos.
 
London Taxis are built to carry people with ease and the spacious rear cabin with plenty of legroom and wide doors for easy access, makes her perfect even for Brides with the biggest of dresses, and her five seats are ideal for taking Bridesmaids and other members of the Bridal party to the ceremony venue in comfort.
 
Betty looks superb flying ribbons and bows and has smart burgundy carpet fitted in the rear cabin. As with all our Taxis Betty is wheelchair accessible and has high vis handles. This means that Betty can carry up to 5 ambulant passengers or one wheelchair user and two ambulant passengers. The ramp extension can also be used as a step to make entry nice and easy through the big wide and tall rear doors.
 
London Taxis do make great wedding cars, due to their easy accessibility and social seating options
 
Our drivers Andrew and Bill have both received training in transporting wheelchair users safely and assisting people with disbilities so you will be in very good hands!

The Taxi was perfect for us as we wanted to bring a bit of London, where we live, to where we were getting married (Rutland). Bill the driver was a pure gent who arrived early and made my wife and her Mum feel really comfortable on the way to the church and then made sure that on the way back to the reception we (bride and groom) had a nice cold glass of champagne! Would highly recommend, a great reliable service with first class customer service

Having left booking a car later than we should have, due to changing circumstances, we were delighted to be able to book Betty which was just perfect for our needs on the day. Our driver, Andy, was very engaging and keen to do all he could to make our arrival smooth, efficient and memorable, forwarding photos he had taken on to us. His advice was also most welcomed. We would like to thank him sincerely, and would recommend him and the company to all who want a fun start to their special day.
