We were delighted with the service we received from Elegant Arrivals. The vehicle was immaculate and exactly as described. The driver was friendly, courteous and helpful, he arrived with plenty of time to spare and the vehicle was decorated perfectly as per our requests. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process and the service we received made our special day a bit more special.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring the bay window VW campervan from Elegant Arrivals for our wedding, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. Our driver, Louis, was absolutely wonderful. In the week leading up to the wedding, he was in regular contact, ensuring we were well-informed about the logistics and timing. On the day of the wedding, Louis arrived at our nearby hotel right on time and was incredibly accommodating. He took the time to photograph all the groomsmen with the stunning campervan, and these photos are now some of our favorite memories from the day. The VW campervan itself was beautifully maintained and added a unique, charming touch to our wedding.
