Brilliant service from start to finish. Car turned up in plenty of time for the wedding party and the driver was so friendly and accommodating.

The customer service before the wedding date was good. The evening before I received a call from the driver asking what colour of ribbon I wanted on the car. On the day of the wedding the car was late, which made me anxious and stressed. A member of the bridal party had to ring the company to ask where the car was as it was already 10 mins late at that point for our first pick up. He was told it was stuck in traffic! There was no contact from the company, informing us of the problem. A call had to be made to the venue to tell them the situation. The car arrived for the pick ups with no ribbon, so why ask what colour I wanted. By the time I arrived I was over half an hour late and still had to meet with the registrar. Luckily the registrar did not have another wedding to perform that afternoon. Otherwise, our wedding would not have happened. Once the driver arrived the service he gave was excellent. He took us to a park for private photos and took us back to the venue. If there are going to be vehicle problems I think the company need to contact customers regarding situations like this. The lateness of the car caused all our plans and time schedules to be disrupted. Our entrance music for the ceremony had to be cut short and I was ushered down the aisle in quick time.
