Andy, our chauffeur, was excellent throughout. He immediately put both the bride and myself at ease, and his calm, friendly manner showed that he has a great deal of experience in wedding transport. He was punctual, professional and a real credit to the company.
The Rolls-Royce Phantom certainly looked impressive and photographed well from a distance. However, on closer inspection, the vehicle did show its age. The chrome trim was noticeably worn, the engine was quite smoky, and the interior would have benefited from a more thorough clean. There was visible fluff or small white hairs around the door and window areas, and unfortunately an empty crisp packet had been left beside the driver’s seat. Most disappointing was the strong smell of cigarette smoke inside the car, which was not ideal for such a special occasion.
Overall, Andy provided a fantastic service, but greater attention to vehicle presentation and cleanliness would significantly improve the overall experience.
