The service provided was definitely 5 stars! The chauffeur was brilliant he made everyone feel relaxed and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend and will absolutely use them again in the future.

We ordered the Bentley as a surprise for my husband to be and son for their arrival to church. It was a great experience and added to the enjoyment of the day. After the wedding, my husband and I went back to the reception venue. We had a great booking experience and on the day, nothing was too much trouble! I would definitely recommend Grand Wedding Cars!

Outside cat clean tidy driver really friendly back of car needed valeted and one of rear seatbelts did not work and front passenger door handle could not be opened as broken

The car was due to arrive at 1.29 so that I arrived at the venue at the same time as my son the bridegroom. I was ringing the car at 1.40 and he was obviously lost and asking directions!! He eventually arrived and then drove in the wrong direction to the Palm House. I eventually got there at about 1.55. The door handle on the Bentley was fixed with duct tape as it had broken apparently the day before! I expected the driver to be in at least a suit and tie but he was in a cardigan. He didn’t even come round to open the door for me. I think you should ensure that all drivers have checked all aspects of the job making sure that they know exactly where the pick up point is and then the correct way to the venue. I would like to be able to recommend your Company but my experience with this particular sub contractor makes that difficult.
