This 1963 Austin Princess Limousine, affectionately known to us as Ivy is finished in pale ivory, a great traditional wedding colour and compliments any colour scheme.
 
The vast interior is finished in blue leather with burr walnut fittings and has space for the largest of wedding gowns. The rear compartment features luxury mohair carpets and over rugs and radio controls in the armrest. The wide contra opening doors and inside step make entry and exit easy and graceful.
 
The car is also fitted with two additional pull out occasional seats, thus enabling the car to seat up to six passengers in the rear, with the option of an additional passenger up front with the chauffeur.
 
With seating for up to seven passengers the car is a great choice if lots of bridesmaids or family require transport, or if there is just two of you travelling provides the bride with a lavish amount of room for the fullest of wedding dresses.
 
Being a luxury high end limousine of its day, the car was originally used as an official Court Diplomats car for ceremonial occasions and was then purchased by the managing director of Scottish Steel Works to travel from Manchester to Scotland on a regular basis.
 
The car has spent part of its later life in a museum and up until 2010 when we purchased her had spent the past 30 years with her sister car, our 1951 Princess Limousine Demy. Now reunited, we intend to keep this beautiful pair of Princess Limousines together.

Car arrived on time arrived at the church in plenty of time driver very smart bride and groom enjoyed their ride after the service car presented clean and tidy good considering the time of year and damp roads loved seeing a car i use to drive back in the 70s

Had the best time on our wedding day it was made extra special by this car, chauffeur (Andy) was lovely and friendly and we got some great photos We all enjoyed being passenger princesses in the Austin princess 1963(including the groom😂) 100% recommend

Despite the dreadful weather, our chauffeur ensured we had the best experience with our wedding transport. He kept us dry, assisted with holding umbrellas, bouquets etc. Was friendly, polite and professional and the glass of champagne was very welcome! Highly recommend.
