We received a call the day before our wedding to say that unfortunately the car we had chosen had broken down and would be unavailable. We were immediately offered a replacement vehicle which was absolutely amazing.
On the day our driver Alan was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly and polite, even having banter with our photographer, which really made us laugh.
I can't recommend BB cars enough.

This company were brilliant, I had a call the day before my wedding to say that unfortunately the Austin Princess I had booked was having some engine trouble and would be unavailable, the company apologised and offered me a free upgrade of car and sent me photos for me to approve, the new car was lovely and the driver was friendly and professional and we enjoyed our journey to the venue

I highly recommend using these guys!
We hit a bit of a snag before the wedding as one of the cars had mechanical issues when doing a test run the day before, this was not an issue as Lucy had already arranged for a replacement upgrade before she called me. There was no stress or worrying as I knew I would be in good hands!
The drivers arrived early and were happy just relaxing with a coffee until we were ready…….. the bridal party were of course late but it wasn’t the bride holding us up… it was the farther of the bride, again the drivers were brilliant and we didn’t feel rushed! Cracking sense of humour through out both journeys!
The cars themselves were beautiful and in immaculate condition! Everyone loved the ride in them and the photo opportunity’s were stunning! Again the drivers were super helpful and moved the cars around, they let the kids have a photo inside the car!

We had a great experience with BB Wedding Cars from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent from the moment we booked right through to the big day, which really helped everything run smoothly.
Our driver, Richard, was absolutely fantastic - punctual, professional, and so polite. Even when the original car we had booked developed an engine fault the day before the wedding, the team at BB got in touch straight away to explain the situation and offered us a free upgrade without any fuss. It was handled so well and really reassured us ahead of the day.
We’d definitely recommend BB Wedding Cars to other couples getting married in or around Yorkshire. Thanks again for the brilliant service!

The driver was polite, helpful and arrived on time. The car was in excellent condition. I was not a passenger for this journey but my 90 year old Dad said it was a comfortable ride and enjoyed the experience.
