We recently booked a car for daughter’s wedding. The afternoon of the day before we received a phone call from the company to explain the car organised had developed an issue and could they supply a different vehicle ‘just in case’ The lady was so apologetic and helpful and guided us to select another vehicle in a very calm and professional manner. The driver, Jack, was respectful and friendly - utterly professional. We are extremely impressed with the service we received and would happily recommend their services to others. Thank you for adding that extra something to a very special day.
