I can highly recommend this company. Fantastic limo, brilliant friendly driver, excellent communication right from booking through to my son and his friends getting the limo to their prom.

Would never use again. Spoilt my night after paying a lot of money for this service and wanted to make my granddaughters prom a night to remember. Arrived an hour late so the 1st journey I had to rush and do myself. I had her friends and parents waiting to be let down. The second journey(20 mins) they loved, just a pity I missed it. I paid for 2hrs and no refund was offered. Very poor communication.

The limousine hadn't been washed it was very dirty and hadn't been hoovered there was no ribbon on the front not even a complimentary bottle of water the bar was completely empty the only thing that was good was the driver he was nice even though he didn't have a tie on, I will never use this company again.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service provided for the recent prom booking I made with your company for my daughter and her six friends.
We had arranged and paid for a limousine to transport seven girls to their prom – a special and important event for them. All the parents involved had contributed towards the cost, trusting that we were securing a high-quality vehicle and service fitting for the occasion.
Unfortunately, I received a call from your you the day before the event, informing me that the limousine had broken down and would not be ready in time. While I understand that mechanical issues can happen, I was assured that a “bigger and better” alternative would be provided.
What arrived, however, was a Range Rover van-type vehicle, which was neither bigger nor better. It wasn't even clean. The girls were forced to squash in, which not only made them uncomfortable but also creased their dresses. The car took them for a two-minute journey (I was under the impression that they would drive round for half hour or so) The girls asked if they could play music through the speaker and he said no, to this they played their own music on their phones which then led to the driver's radio being turned up. When the girls arrived to the destination, they asked to be dropped off far away as possible so that none of their other friends knew what they had turned up in. This was deeply disappointing and not what we had paid for or expected. In fact, many of the parents’ personal vehicles were more suitable and comfortable than the replacement that was sent.
The experience fell far short of what was promised, and it let down the girls on what should have been a memorable and joyful evening. We feel the service provided did not match the cost or the commitment made when we booked with your company.
I would appreciate it if you could respond to this email and offer an appropriate explanation and resolution. Given the circumstances, we believe a partial refund or suitable compensation is warranted.
