So this car was actually unavailable due it not meeting the company's standards and possibly needing some work. A very nice lady called and broke the bad news but kindly offered 2 cars to replace it, a rolls and a London taxi (in white) they didn't charge anymore for the extra car. Very professional and friendly service I'd highly recommend this company

Our driver was absolutely wonderful and took care of everything from crowd control outside the Cathedral - in the loveliest way - to facilitating all sorts of formal photographs. So kind and thoughtful. And what a car for such a special occasion! Thank you, Elegant Arrivals - 5 stars all the way

Unfortunately the Daimler had technical issues a week or two before the wedding but we accepted a solution which was to replace it with two Rollers.
So saved the day. Very good service

This car was not provided, we were advised the day before that it was not mechanically fit for use. A replacement London cab was provided that was absolutely lovely, white with soft white leather interior. It suited exactly what we needed but did require 2 journeys.
