If we could give higher we would! Brendan, arrived well on time looking super dapper and totally the part. He asked me before hand what our colours were too and wore blue which was a nice touch. We had a chat before hand, he’s super easy to talk to and clearly loves what he does and takes pride in his work. It really shows. The cab is beautifully kept and really looks the part. We wanted a car for Kayleigh to arrive in style, her style. Classic and timeless and it was well and truly achieved with this. Brendan kindly hung around after the ceremony for us to have photos with the cab which was so kind as it was freezing. We got some lovely photos even in the dark. Thank you so much for being a part to our big day, we cannot recommend you enough.

We hired the London taxi for my daughters wedding and we cannot say thank you enough. Punctuality was spot on. The car looked beautiful. Kieron was amazing making the whole thing from start to finish easy and stress free. I cannot recommend enough. Every angle of service, correspondence, value, friendliness and professionalism was amazing. Would highly recommend.

I am giving this wonderful company 5 stars. Brendan was very helpful booking the car as I didn't know the area at all where my daughter was getting married and made two short trips one for the bridesmaids and the other for the bride. The London Taxi was clean and had flowers on the back shelf and a ribbon on the front so everyone in the street knew there was a bride inside. Brendan and the car got us to the venue on time and waited until after the services for the bride and groom to have a photo session with the car. I didnt know that Brendan had also taken some photos which he kindly sent to me that same day so we had a few photos to look at in the evening. I would recommend Brendan and his lovely London Taxi for any wedding or special occasion. Thank Brendan for making my daughters day stress free and very special.

1.Punctuality: The driver arrived well on time and had also looked up the route, taken into account any road delays before travel. The driver was very welcoming and put us at ease. 2.Item Condition / Presentation: The white London Taxi we booked was very well presented and exactly as expected. 3.Staff Presentation: The driver was very well dressed, smart attire appropriate for our wedding. 4.Staff Influence: The driver was extremely professional and immediately put us at ease on arrival. He went over and above and was professionally friendly with a friendly character. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend this company and particularly the driver, John who was very professional and well-suited to this role. 5 stars in all areas in my opinion, thank you so much.

Cars came early. Brendan and Sharon text me when they were outside saying he was ready and waiting and no rush. This put me at ease and made the day a little less stressful not having to worry about transport. The team where fantastic going to and from the church.
