Very very poor service. Contract was for driver to arrive at 14.59. He arrived at 15.40. He had no idea where he was going. Apparently even though had correct postcode he blamed his satnav. Disgusting service for a bride on her wedding day. He then tried to use that same satnav to get to venue so we had to direct him. Completely spoiled what should have been a special part of my day. There were no ribbons on the car despite this being part of guaranteed service with their principal. Shockingly poor service. They also failed to respond to my complaints. Never use Grand Venue. Would absolutely not recommend
